Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want every student to be confident about their enrollment. This policy explains when refunds are available for our training programs and how refunds are processed. All refunds are at the discretion of ASVORA Technologies LLP and are governed by the terms agreed at the time of enrollment.

2. Refund Before Course Start

If you cancel your enrollment before the first class of your batch, you are eligible for a full refund of the fees paid, subject to a nominal administrative deduction as stated in your enrollment agreement (if any).

3. Refund After Course Start

Once your batch has commenced, refunds are available as follows:

• Within the first 7 days of the course start date: you may request a refund, adjusted for classes already delivered (on a per-class basis).
• After 7 days: refunds are not available. However, with valid reasons (medical, relocation, or other genuine circumstances), we offer alternatives at our discretion — such as transferring your enrollment to a future batch, or switching to another program of equal value.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable: processing and administrative charges, fees for any external certification exam that has been booked or attempted on your behalf, and the cost of physical study materials that have already been delivered to you.

5. Withdrawal by ASVORA

If ASVORA cancels a batch for any reason, you will be offered a seat in the next available batch or a full refund of all fees paid, whichever you prefer.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to info@asvora.in with your full name, enrolled program, batch details and reason for the request. Alternatively, call us at +91 88620 85342 or visit the institute at 6th Floor, Konark Icon, Kirtane Baug, Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune 411036.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval, to the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

8. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the decision. We will review your case and respond in writing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment applies to your enrollment.
